How do I become a sponsor/exhibitor?

When and where is Accelerate 2023?

Accelerate 2023 will take place April 11–14, 2023, at the Phoenix Convention Center - North Building: 100 N 3rd St. Phoenix, AZ 85004 in Phoenix, AZ.

Where is the expo hall?

The expo hall is located in North Ballroom D.

Exhibitor Information

Event Schedule - Load In / Load Out

Load In: Monday, April 10 from 10am - 7pm - Tuesday, April 11 (load in must be competed no later than noon on April 11)

Load Out: Thursday, April 13 beginning at 5pm (or once closing keynote ends) - Midnight

Show floor must be cleared out by 12am and all assets picked up or staged in the loading area off of North Ballroom A

Expo Hall Hours

*Expo Hall will close during all keynotes

Welcome Reception/Expo Crawl begins at 7pm

Wednesday, April 12: 10am – 5pm

The Phoenix Convention Center does not accept deliveries. Here are some alternate options below:
